For custom-made products, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all names, artwork, logos, colors, and design details before production begins. Once production has started, custom orders generally cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded except where required by applicable law or where the product contains a verified manufacturing defect.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without prior notice.
Payments must be completed using one of the secure payment methods available during checkout. Orders will only proceed to production after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any other government charges that may apply in the destination country. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
5. Production & Shipping
Most orders require approximately 7–10 business days for production before shipment unless otherwise stated.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government charges imposed by their country. Majesty Belts is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from customs procedures.
